COMPREHENSIVE SYSTEM SUPPORT

At Four Star Accessory Overhaul, we test, repair, refurbish, and modify accessories across the ATA chapters for all common aircraft types and technologies, with in-house NDI capabilities.

We also offer rotable components for purchase, loan, or exchange, with our comprehensive and regularly updated inventory listed on ILS.

Hydraulic

Our hydraulic expertise includes flight control, landing gear, thrust reverser, engine, or brake system hydraulics. We specialize in pumps, valves, PCVs, PCUs, selectors, and servo actuators.

Pneumatic

We support all bleed air and pneumatic accessories, including starters, anti-ice valves & regulators, flow control & PRVs, HPSOVs, temperature control, trim air, and outflow valves.

Power Generation

Our expertise encompasses constant-frequency AC systems and DC generation, including variable frequency, constant frequency, and high voltage. See us for IDG, CSD, and starter/generator support.

Fuel Accessories

We provide broad support for all aircraft fuel system accessories, from complex units like MECs, FCUs, and HMUs to pumps, servos, and valves.

Electromechanical

Our in-house capabilities extend to the testing, repair, and refurbishing of electromechanical actuators, including horizontal stabilizers, spoiler, and landing gear brake actuators.

Nondestructive Testing

Our qualified and experienced team offers the aerospace industry a comprehensive, in-house nondestructive inspection service on aircraft accessories using advanced NDI techniques.
