Founded in 1988, Four Star Accessory Overhaul brings more than 40 years of aircraft accessory experience to operators worldwide. We are a trusted partner for high quality accessory repairs and dependable MRO services across multiple aircraft platforms.
Specialized Focus
We specialize exclusively in aircraft accessory repair, developing unmatched expertise across hydraulic, pneumatic, power generation, electromechanical, fuel system, and other critical aircraft systems rather than spreading ourselves across avionics, landing gear, or heavy maintenance. This specialization enables us to solve complex problems that generalist shops cannot.
Our Tumwater, Washington facility was designed for precision and efficiency, equipped with advanced machining, testing, and NDT capabilities. As an Accessory Classes I, II, III (Unlimited) repair station, we operate under FAA, CAA, and EASA certifications, with Lockheed Martin authorization for advanced accessory repair.

Based in Tumwater, Washington, Four Star Accessory Overhaul serves operators across the Pacific Northwest and around the world with equal precision and responsiveness.
Our location in the region’s aircraft accessory overhaul hub provides strategic access to major airports, including Sea-Tac International, Boeing Field, and Portland International Airport. We deliver fast, dependable aircraft accessory repair and inspection services for Seattle, Portland, and Washington State operators, often achieving same-day or next-day turnaround.
Our technicians understand the distinct demands of defense fleets, commercial airlines, and executive operators - from compliance and documentation to turnaround speed and personalized support.
As a Lockheed Martin approved repair center under the Hologram Products scheme, we are authorized to service accessories on C-130 B-H series Hercules and P-3 Orion platforms, maintaining strict security and defense-level quality standards.
Our Boeing, Airbus, and Bombardier experience spans every major generation. From legacy aircraft like the 707, 747, and DC series to current models including the 737, 777, 787 Dreamliner, and Airbus A220–A380 families. We also support regional and military variants such as the CRJ-900, ATR-72, and DHC-8, along with business jets from Bombardier’s Global 7500 to the Learjet series.
